The e-Payment Gateway tagged as eBayad is an internet-enabled payment portal that makes available the electronic payment to the government agencies through the use of different delivery channels to include debit instructions, credit cards and mobile wallets.
This will enable citizens to pay for the online services rendered by participating agencies as it will be connected with all major bank consortia, telecommunications companies and credit card networks
Payments can be made via the following payment modes:
Payment/s may be debited from the citizen’s ATM account.
Online - Citizens can use their mobile wallet
SMS - Citizens can pay by texting the required payment details to the mobile service provider.
Techological Resource Center (TRC) and the National Computer Center have just signed up a Memorandum of Agreement for the implementaion of eBayad Payment Gateway System.
