What is eBayad The e-Payment Gateway tagged as eBayad is an internet-enabled payment portal that makes available the electronic payment to the government agencies through the use of different delivery channels to include debit instructions, credit cards and mobile wallets. This will enable citizens to pay for the online services rendered by participating agencies as it will be connected with all major bank consortia, telecommunications companies and credit card networks. Payments can be made via the following payment modes:   ATM Account Payment/s may be debited from the citizen’s ATM account.   Mobile Wallet There are two ways: 1. Online - Citizens can use their mobile wallet 2. SMS - Citizens can pay by texting the required payment details to the mobile service provider.	Why pay through eBayad 1. How to use eBayad Via the Internet •Online transactions can be made through eSerbisyo (www.eSerbisyo.gov.ph) or the Government Agency’s website 1. Go to eSerbisyo or the Government Agency’s website 2. Select the desired government service 3. Fill-in required transaction fields Click the eBayad button 4. Select payment option and then click the Compute button. 5. Confirm total Transaction Amount by clicking the Continue button. 6. Enter required security field 7. Transaction will be processed and a Confirmation Page will be sent. 8. Print Confirmation Page for your reference and proof of transaction.   •Payments for over the counter transactions can be made through the eBayad website (www.eBayad.gov.ph) 1.
